There are many ways to stop craving for food and binge eating. Rather than totally shying away from these types of foods, you can indulge yourself occasionally just to satisfy the craving. For pork, choose to eat lean pork as it can help you achieve even a faster metabolism rate to shed off the extra calories you acquired from eating.

The key here is moderation. It is easier to accept that you cannot resist eating the types of food that can make you fat but it does not mean that you can eat as much as you would like. A little bit of this and that once in a while will fend off your cravings and help you maintain an ideal body weight. Remember, being overweight and obesity is one of the major causes of many major health problems.
