You don’t have to do thousands of crunches a day.
Although crunches can assist you in getting the killer abs you want, it does not mean that the more you do them the closer you will be to your goal of achieving the perfect abs. Doing lots and lots of floor crunches can actually do you more harm than good by ruining your posture and shortening the abdominal wall.
You don’t have to starve to death
When you starve yourself you starve your muscles. In order to develop your muscles you must do the opposite instead which is feed your muscles. If you starve yourself this is what would happen.
